General policies:

  • Check in time is between 4pm and 9pm
  • Check out time is before 11am
  • This is a non-smoking facility. All accommodations are non-smoking. Violation of this policy will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.
  • Free parking for 1 vehicle per room. $15 per night parking fee for additional vehicle. Notification requested prior to arrival.
  • We cannot accommodate children under the age of 16 or guest pets
  • Maximum occupancy - 2 guests per room

 

Minimum stay required: 2 night minimum on weekends (Fri.,Sat.). 1 night minimum on Sunday night and weekdays. Some time frames require a minimum 2 night stay.

  

Deposit amount required: 

  • More than 1 week before check-in the deposit is 1 night + tax.
  • Less than 1 week before check-in the deposit is 100% of the reservation + tax.
  • The deposit is charged at the time of booking. 
  • We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover

  


Cancellations:  Cancellation fees apply

  • Bookings canceled up to 9:00 PM, 2 weeks before the day of check in will incur a charge of $50.00.
  • Bookings canceled after 9:00 PM, 2 weeks before the day of check in will incur a charge of the first nights stay +tax.
  • Bookings canceled after 9:00 PM, 1 week before the day of check in will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total +tax.
