General policies:

  • Check in time is between 4pm and 9pm
  • Check out time is before 11am
  • This is a non-smoking facility. All accommodations are non-smoking. Violation of this policy will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.
  • Free parking for 1 vehicle per room. $15 per night parking fee for additional vehicle. Notification requested prior to arrival.
  • We cannot accommodate children under the age of 16 or guest pets
  • Maximum occupancy - 2 guests per room


Minimum stay required: 2 night minimum on weekends (Fri.,Sat.). 1 night minimum on Sunday night and weekdays. Some time frames require a minimum 2 night stay.


Deposit amount required: We require a one night deposit on a credit card at the time of booking.  We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.



  • Cancellations of 8 days or more prior to arrival date are subject to a $25 per night cancellation fee, however this fee is used as a credit for future stays with us.
  • Cancellations 4 to 7 days prior to arrival date forfeit the one night deposit.  
  • Full payment required for cancellations of less than 4 full days prior to arrival date.

Multiple Room Bookings: 2 night minimum. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room. At the time of booking a non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the total room rate is required. The balance due is requested 30 days prior to arrival date - the balance is non-refundable.
