Policies:

Minimum stay required: 2 night minimum on weekends(Fri.,Sat.). 1 night minimum on Sunday night and weekdays.

Deposit amount required (We require a one night deposit (for each room booked) on a credit card at the time of booking.)

Cancellations:

Cancellations of more than 7 nights in advance are subject to a $25 per night cancellation fee, however this fee is used as a credit for future stays with us.

Cancellations 3 to 6 days in advance forfeit the one night deposit.  Full payment required for cancellations of 48 hours or less.

General policies:

• Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 12 noon
• Smoking is allowed outside only
• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Accommodations are not suitable for children
